Omaha Roofers Who Answer
the Phone After the Storm Season Ends
Kutsch Roofing started in central Nebraska and now runs out of a shop on the west edge of Omaha. Between the two markets we have seen what hail, straight-line wind, and February thaw-refreeze do to a Dundee bungalow, a Millard split-level, and a two-story off 192nd — and they are three different problems. We inspect, tell you plainly whether it is a repair, a claim, or nothing at all, and then do that job and clean up after it.
A shop, not a storm trailer: We are here in March, when the trucks that rolled in after the June hail are three states away.
Licensed and insured: Certificates and the written warranty go out before we start, not after you ask twice.
GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning: Complete systems from one manufacturer line, so the material warranty actually applies.
The estimate is the invoice: Squares, layers, decking allowance, permit, and disposal are all on it. Surprises come with a photo first.
